BACKGROUND

This e-commerce website was designed and is hosted by Solutrix. USA Services serves the marine and first responder communities from three states. USA Services had never sold their products online, and turned to Solutrix to provide a turnkey ecommerce solution. 

All products can be ordered online and paid for with a credit card using Secure Socket Layers (SSL) and digital certificates. Our solution has drastically reduced the cost of communicating with and selling to their client base. The online store solution provides direct marketing functionality to allow the customers to receive newsletters and information on training events – generally to keep USA Services top of mind for future business transactions.

REQUIREMENTS

USA Services needed to present their array of Marine products in an accessible format. They wanted to include news and informative postings since customers visit the website for information as well as to purchase goods.

IMPLEMENTATION

Solutrix created a fresh design wireframe to replace the existing website's tired look, and placed it on EarlyImpact's ProductCart ecommerce platform. Dozens of changes and customizations were made by developer talent to ensure the ecommerce solution fit USA Services well and met their business objectives.

RESULTS

USA Services' expectations of what this ecommerce solution would do for them have been surpassed by an order of magnitude. It has become a focal point for many of their brick and mortar customers. They have presented most of their products in the online catalog and have been delighted to find they are selling inflatable boats online.
